Refunds

We’re confident you’ll love our Le Vin Bougie candles. If you’re not fully satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, we offer a full refund upon undamaged return of your items.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, your full refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number.

Stolen or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local courier first.

Le Vin Bougie is not responsible for stolen or damaged packages after delivery. We can assist you in filing a claim with the courier, but replacements or refunds may not always be possible.

We take care to package all of our fragile items to ensure safe delivery. If any breakage or damage does occur during shipping, please reach out with photographs, and we will work with you to provide a replacement item.
